In Depression

Get real with God - Stone cold truth about everything-Writing down blessings
Get myself out of isolation- sit out where there are people
Journaling
Taking a walk or do something outside
Meditation on song or a verse that is meaningful to me
Psalms (Yes the whole book) :)
Talking to a friend
Reading an inspirational book on topic
Do something kind for someone else
Write down all the times God has helped you

***If the depression lasts long enough I have sought counseling for big issues in my life.


*These aren't total fixes for everything or the only things that can help, they have just helped me.
